BEX® SUNGLASS WARRANTY

BEX® values every customer that purchases our product. To honor your patronage, our warranty program allows you a ONE YEAR, unconditional replacement pair of polarized sunglasses. For a quick and seamless process, have three things readily available: $40, a valid proof of purchase, and a photo of your damaged product.

Note: Items exclude lost or stolen property. Sunglasses received through a warranty submission are NOT eligible for additional warranty services. In addition, we do NOT repair or replace lenses, and the warranty does not cover prescription glasses. Shipping added at Checkout.

STEP 1:

To be eligible for a replacement,
a $40 warranty handling fee
will apply.

STEP 2:

Have a valid proof of purchase AND a photo of your damaged sunglasses ready.

STEP 3:

After validating the attachments, we will send you a specialized link to claim a new pair of glasses! If you don’t receive your link within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
