Here at BEX, we want everyone to have the best experience and be completely satisfied. If you received a product from us and it is not what you want, we understand! Below is all you need to know about returns.

How much do returns and shipping cost?

All our returns and shipping are free, no hidden fees or interest! BEX has you covered!

How do I send the product back to BEX?

In your shipment a ‘customer return label’ will be included.  All you do is peel the label and stick it on the outside of the box you’re shipping it in. Included with the return label will be a question sheet, we would greatly appreciate if you fill it out and answer the questions on why you returned the product. Feedback helps us out so we can become a better company for you!

How long do I have to return the product?

There will be a 30-day period to return your product from the day you got it. After 30 days you will no longer be able to return your product.

What condition does the product need to be in?

The product should be returned in the same packaging and condition it came in including tags and stickersIf not, you will not be eligible for a full refund!

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund you as soon as we get the package and check that everything was returned correctly.

Depending on your bank/holidays, the credit will be returned to your account in 7-10 business days. If you do not receive it after 10 days then we will help however possible!

Can I return my prescription glasses?

As of right now, no. Only non-prescription sunglasses and other BEX items are eligible for the returns program. If something changes in the future, we will keep our BEX customers updated.

NOTE: Our ‘customer return label’ is only included in our website purchases, if you bought the product in store, please refer to your BEX retailer.
