To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product should be returned in the same packaging and condition it came in (including the case and essentials kit).
In the case of an exchange, once we receive the item back, we will contact you to finalize the exchange details.
Upon approval of the return, the credit will be returned to your account in 7-10 business days.
